LOCAL ARCHITECTURE RESEARCH + DESIGN is founded by Cheung Yu Ting & Clifford See, ex-colleagues who came together with a common vision and delight in creating honest, clever and crafted spaces. 

The practice name is derived from the process in which each project begins. Understanding the locality of the site context which will inform the light, wind and views, the Architecture of the existing and surrounding environment allows us to capitalize on the potentials and mitigate the constraints. Every client and project comes with unique requirements and desires, which through a combination of extensive research, exploration and questioning, we are then fully equipped to design a well-resolved space for the user. 

Good architecture is one that is ingrained in the plan, where one line meets another in perfect unison and harmony.
